He is a writer from both the south and north of Türkiye, currently based in Spain. He writes in English and is interested in memory, movement, and the quiet ways people learn to belong to places that are not entirely theirs. His work often grows out of observation, listening, and living slightly to the side of things. The Story of Desponia is his first published short story.
